Start by filling out our Event Inquiry Form. Give us the basics—the date of your event, the estimated guest count, and which cookie categories (Classic, Elevated, Frosted, or Holiday) caught your eye. This helps us prepare options before we even jump on the phone.

2. The Consultation Call

Once we review your inquiry, we’ll schedule a brief Discovery Call. This is the most important step! We’ll chat about your vision, flavor preferences, and any custom branding or color themes. Whether it’s a wedding or a corporate gala, this call ensures we are perfectly aligned on the details and the "vibe" of your event.

3. Proposal & Booking

Following our call, you’ll receive a Custom Cookie Proposal and a formal quote. This will outline your selected flavors, quantity, and any special services like individual wrapping or on-site setup. Once you approve the proposal and a deposit is made, your date is officially locked into our baking calendar.

4. Freshly Baked & Delivered

The magic happens in the kitchen. We bake every single cookie fresh to order right before your event. We then handle the delivery and setup (or coordinate your pickup), ensuring your treats arrive looking beautiful and tasting even better. All that’s left for you to do is enjoy!
